Bio:

Legal, strategy and technology consulting to law firms, law departments and corporations with a focus on eDiscovery, litigation support, and business development.

Jason Atchley is a graduate of the SMU Dedman School of Law where he concentrated in Commercial Litigation. Jason completed his undergraduate work at the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.

Following law school, Jason worked as a trial lawyer for a large law firm where he represented clients in a variety of litigation matters including complex commercial litigation, mass torts and IP litigation. Jason also specialized in business development.

Jason left his trial practice to go in-house at a start-up technology firm where he served as Chief Legal Officer. A few years later, Jason joined an investment and development company for which he served as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Business Development.

In 2006, Jason began his career in legal, strategy and technology consulting. Since that time, Jason has become an accomplished legal, strategy and technology consultant. Jason often credits the knowledge and experience base he gained in law school, as a trial attorney and as a COO for his success as a consultant. 

As Director, Jason's primary responsibilities are to lead the Firm's business development efforts, to provide strategy and operations guidance to clients and to manage the eDiscovery and litigation support teams.

As a result, Jason has a large amount of experience providing legal, strategy and technology consulting to law firms, law departments and corporations with a focus on eDiscovery, litigation support, and business development.

Jason specializes in business development, eDiscovery consulting, operations, litigation support consulting, executive compensation, sports and entertainment representation, legal management, recruiting, marketing strategies, executive coaching, project management, IT efficiency and implementation, leadership, new media, team building and sales strategies.

Jason and his wife reside in Austin, Texas with their children.
